Some V60 trivia:
The V60’s name is very apt! 
The “V” - that’s the shape, of course. And the “60” - that’s the angle of the “V”.
Just the right angle to allow water to pass through evenly over the coffee.

Why use a V60?
The water passes through the grounds slowly.
This means the coffee flavours are extracted more evenly.
This allows better separation of coffee oils and sediment which gets captured by the paper.
